We are a welding company based in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in welding and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning and cutting
- Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate welding technique based on the materials being used
- Perform various types of welds such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect welds for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder with at least 2 years of work experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in welding is preferred.

Work Environment:
The Welder will primarily work in a workshop environment with occasional on-site visits. The role may involve working in confined spaces or at heights using proper safety equipment.
