Land Surveyor

We are a leading construction company based in Al-Kuwait and we are urgently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and assist in the planning and development of projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Analyze survey data, maps, and plans to provide accurate measurements
- Prepare reports on survey findings and make recommendations for land use or development
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Keep detailed records of all surveys conducted and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Familiarity with surveying tools and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the job requires walking long distances and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members and clients
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa requirements
