Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position that offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC work
- Inspect properties for any potential issues or hazards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own set of tools required
