We are hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the logistics process, from planning and organizing shipments to tracking and monitoring deliveries. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transport of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate shipments of goods from suppliers to final destination
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Prepare necessary documentation for international shipments including customs declarations
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties
- Identify any potential issues or delays in the logistics process and find solutions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications and logistics software
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
