Housekeeping Manager (Malayalee)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our property. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring staff performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance, including occupancy rates, labor costs, and budget expenses.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide medical insurance coverage for our employees.
