IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with regulations
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve business processes
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in our company
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor budget allocations for IT projects and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security protocols, network infrastructure, and software applications
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Riyadh
