Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dubai. As a Pakistani national, you will have a strong understanding of the local construction industry and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Determine project timelines, budgets, and resources needed
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Pakistani national preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (part-time)
