Construction Project Manager


Our construction company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects in the city. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month for Egyptian nationals only. Accommodation will not be provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop project budgets and timelines and monitor progress against them
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates on project progress
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
