Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at a leading creative agency in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual elements of our projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers and artists to create innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and design requirements.
- Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the creative process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their growth within the company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards success.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Nationality Preference:
We are looking for candidates from Pakistan who have a valid work visa in Qatar. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
