Floral Designer/Florist

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and a strong eye for design. They should also have experience in creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and unique floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly storing and caring for them
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and keeping track of expenses

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floral design is a plus
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create unique designs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
