Indian Executive Chef in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to develop new strategies for business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique and innovative dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Good understanding of inventory management and cost control measures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
