Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience managing budgets
- Must be legally eligible to work in Al Ahmadi
