Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Ahmadi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budget, and resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee site operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders regarding project updates and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
