As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new pastry menus, overseeing production and quality control, managing inventory, and training and coaching junior pastry chefs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
