Merchandiser Supervisor

We are searching for a Merchandiser Supervisor to join our retail team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role is perfect for an experienced merchandiser who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. As the Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of visual displays and product placement in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure they are following company standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products that align with current market trends
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight new or featured products
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure displays are set up correctly and products are properly stocked
- Utilize sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and display effectiveness
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and labeled
- Communicate with store management regarding any maintenance or display issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a supervisory role within retail
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred
