Our medical facility in Bayan is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and following all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid nursing license in India
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion and empathy
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients under the direction of physicians or other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications following proper protocol and dosage guidelines
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients
- Maintain infection control measures at all times
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing education programs
