Floral Designer and Arranger


We are in search of a talented Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to customer specifications and preferences
- Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner using various design techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering suggestions based on your expertise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral design studio
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or florist is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, their care, and their availability
- Creativity and an eye for detail to create unique arrangements that meet clients' expectations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and coworkers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be willing to work weekends or holidays when necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Visa Sponsorship:
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Preference:
