Head Chef


A high-end restaurant in Bayan is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a chef, your main responsibility will be to create delicious and visually appealing dishes that will leave our guests satisfied and coming back for more. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. You will also be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining food safety standards, and creating new menu items.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing training when necessary
- Maintain food safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Develop new menu items that are both creative and cost-effective
- Collaborate with management to set menus, prices, and specials
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting (minimum 5 years)
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Passion for cooking with a strong knowledge of different types of cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bayan. Applicants from other cities may be considered but must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
