Construction Project Manager

Bayan Construction Company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Bayan. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. As our ideal candidate, you must be fluent in English and have at least 5 years of experience in construction management. You will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve project expenses
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Indian nationality preferred
