A construction company in Bayan is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a managerial role. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and providing regular progress reports to senior management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project completion are required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
