A well-known retail company in Bayan is seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting, ordering, and displaying products in our stores to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that the right products are stocked at the right time and in the right quantities. Your main duties will include conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends, negotiating with suppliers for pricing and product availability, creating attractive displays that meet brand guidelines, and monitoring inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excess. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Fluency in English is a must and Indian nationality is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has a talent for visual merchandising.
