Merchandiser

We are currently hiring an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in merchandising and a keen eye for detail. Your main responsibilities will include planning and implementing product displays, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement effective product displays to attract customers
- Analyze sales data to determine the most popular products, best-selling locations, and peak sales periods
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products
- Ensure that all products are stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products when necessary
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that displays are set up correctly and products are being promoted effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to the management team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving products when necessary
