We are hiring a reliable and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
