Waiter/Waitress in Bayan City, Kuwait


We are searching for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bayan City, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking their orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of menu items. No previous experience is required, but candidates must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-Kuwaiti nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take orders from customers and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience
- Answer any questions about the menu items or daily specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team player with good time management skills
