Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure that construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. You will be based in Bayan, Egypt and will work with a team of Egyptian masons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Read blueprints and plans to determine materials needed and ensure that construction is done according to specifications
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain tools and equipment used for masonry work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. Additional benefits such as bonuses may be offered based on performance.

Working hours:
The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Employees are responsible for finding their own housing.

Part-time availability:
This position is only available as a full-time role.
