Job Title: Indian Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Bayan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your role will also involve maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure high quality standards for all products
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise junior staff members
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker, preferably in an Indian bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (accommodation provided if needed)
