Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in Bayan, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen team in Bayan, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service is delivered to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a menu that reflects authentic Indian flavors and caters to the local community's taste preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to create special menus for events or promotions
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that cater to a diverse audience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Kuwait
- Fluent in English
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
