Job Title: Loader Operator



We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. This is a contract job open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader machinery to transport and load/unload materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while operating machinery
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and proper material placement
- Adhere to project timelines and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring safe conditions for yourself and others

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery (e.g. loader, excavator) in Kuwait preferred
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
