Administrative Manager - Dukhan, Egypt
We are currently hiring an organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Dukhan, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be able to effectively manage a team and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Create and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain budget and track expenses
- Coordinate with different departments within the company
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
- Act as a liaison between employees and upper management
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and record keeping
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: 1700$ per month
This is an urgent position, so candidates must be able to join immediately. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for Egypt.
