We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to guests at all times.
- Hire, train, and manage hotel staff.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance of the hotel.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services are provided to guests.
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and increasing revenue.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control measures in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Qatar. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
