Merchandiser Specialist
The Merchandiser Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and organization of products in a retail setting. They will work closely with the store team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, as well as monitoring inventory levels and creating attractive product displays. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store team to create visually appealing product displays
- Ensure that all products are organized and properly stocked on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management
- Implement strategies to increase sales through effective product placement
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual standards are being met
- Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and adapt displays accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail display design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual presentation
- Biometric passport preferred for international travel opportunities
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
