Speech Therapist


We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have speech and language difficulties. Your main responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, as well as provide support and guidance to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Implement therapy techniques and activities to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay updated on current research and advancements in the field of speech therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Medina (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic nature with a passion for helping others

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
