Salary: $1700 per month (tax-free)


We are looking for a talented and skilled Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and ensure they are accurately recorded
- Recommend drinks to customers based on their preferences
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean cashier station
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and order more when needed
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Attention to detail to ensure drinks are prepared accurately according to customer preferences
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
