Graphic Designer

We are hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, including digital and print media. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and colleagues to understand their design needs and develop creative solutions that align with their brand image and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and impactful designs for a variety of projects, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, website layouts, etc.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and ideas for new projects
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with established style guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Prepare final files for production or web use as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and other design principles
- Familiarity with web design principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
