Job Title: Head Chef

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our luxury resort in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. This position requires someone with a strong culinary background and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to high standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop specials and promotional menus
- Monitor food costs and work to keep them within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or resort setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training preferred
- Proven track record of creating unique and high-quality dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of kitchen operations including inventory management, food cost control, and health & safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. This position is open to all nationalities but candidates from India or Africa are preferred. Fluency in English is required for this role.
