Barista for a coffee shop in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality drinks while providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, smoothies, etc.
- Educate customers on different coffee blends and brewing methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all drinks are made according to company standards and customer requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Our coffee shop is located in the bustling city of Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. We welcome applicants from all nationalities with valid work permits. We offer free visa sponsorship for qualified candidates along with a round-trip ticket to Kuwait.
