Sous Chef - Egyptian Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are a high-end restaurant located in Ar Rumaythiyah, seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef specialized in Egyptian cuisine. As an English-speaking establishment, we require our Sous Chef to be fluent in English to effectively communicate with our international clientele.

As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and creating innovative dishes that showcase the flavors of Egyptian cuisine. You will also be responsible for supervising and training junior kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining kitchen inventory levels.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant, with strong knowledge and passion for Egyptian cuisine. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work well under pressure and have a creative approach to menu development.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. We offer opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant group. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals or candidates with previous experience working in Egypt.
