Sales Manager - Indian Nationals

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Experience working with accommodation or hospitality industry a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
