Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, research, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for business growth
- Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including revenue, expenses, and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with proven success in achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Willingness to work without prior experience in the industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
- Availability to travel as needed
