Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Iraq



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important information for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical and analytical skills, as well as strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important information for construction projects
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and calculations
- Conduct research to obtain necessary information for surveys
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other surveying software
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveying in Iraq is preferred
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
