We are hiring a talented Indian Barista to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques for coffee and tea
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
