Sales Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait
We are a leading company in the Hawalli area of Kuwait and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to anticipate opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales representatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for non-Kuwaiti nationals. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
