Waiter/Waitress for African Cuisine Restaurant in Hawalli


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an African cuisine restaurant in Hawalli. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers upon arrival
- Present menus and take food and drink orders
- Answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean dining area and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of African cuisine is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Hawalli, Kuwait.
