Loader Supervisor


We are seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all loading procedures are followed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles.
- Ensure that all loading procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy loads.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading procedures.

Salary:
$1400 per month.

Location:
Hawalli, Kuwait.

Preference:
This position is open to applicants of all nationalities, however, preference will be given to African or Malayalee candidates who can speak English fluently.
