Our growing restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and has a strong passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, menu planning, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by effectively communicating with employees and providing necessary training and support
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and specials
- Manage inventory levels and expenses to meet budgetary goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
- Familiarity with inventory management software/systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
