Call center representative
Call Center Representative (Egyptian, English-Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are a fast-paced call center looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and previous experience working in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep records of all conversations with customers for future reference
- Utilize computer systems to update customer information and process orders
- Meet monthly performance targets set by the company
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian with a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English (Arabic speaking skills is a plus)
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends if needed
