Entry Level Construction Manager

Our construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an entry level Construction Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals without prior experience or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in the construction industry. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires a high level of organization, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning and executing construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is not required but preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
