Carpenter Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of carpenters to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate daily work tasks for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Train new team members on proper carpentry techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Order materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent carpentry skills and knowledge of various tools and techniques
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Experience working on construction sites in Dubai is preferred
- Valid biometric passport is required
