Restaurant Manager - Malayalees Preferred (Dubai)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This position is suitable for Malayalees with experience in managing restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record in managing budgets and increasing sales
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid UAE residency visa sponsorship
