UX Designer

We are hiring an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your primary focus will be to understand user needs, conduct user research, and design wireframes and prototypes to create seamless and engaging user experiences. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and graphic designers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior
- Create wireframes, sketches, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in UX design or related role
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, etc.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs effectively
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
